Our Admissions
We are pleased to describe the admissions process for St. Jude School. Complete registration packets are available through the school office. Please feel free to call or email us at ldunn@diobpt.org to request a packet or schedule a visit.
To register simply:
* Call the school office for an appointment and to schedule a visit and placement screening.
* Provide a birth certificate with an official stamp or seal along with a certificate of baptism.
* Each applicant will be screened by the school psychologist using either the Brigance or IOWA test, have an interview with the principal, and the school nurse.
* Complete the admissions application and provide a non-refundable registration fee for each child you are registering.
